An initial deposit is required by bank transfer following all bookings and final balance is paid by cash, cheque or a further transfer on delivery.
Our insurance policy covers up to £10,000 of belongings per vehicle. Additional cover can be easily arranged.
If you wish to cancel a move you must do so 36 hours, or more, before the agreed collection time. If you cancel after your ‘Cancellation Deadline' you will be subject to admin fees. Full details are included in booking confirmations.
This is a room to room service provided there is somewhere safe and legal to park our vehicle whilst transferring items to or from your room. Our drivers reserve the right to deliver to the kerb side where parking is not available.
